Up Now: Blood, Bones and Butter Gabrielle Hamilton
Just Finished: The Flying Troutmans Miriam Toews This story is about a group of people who have a forced family reunion. The cast of characters is diverse and flawed enough to be very memorable, if not completely likable. The story takes place over about a week's time and over the course of a roadtrip. The entire time you wonder if the end of the roadtrip will mean the end of the saga, and if anything will be resolved. Very engaging, but I must say, I hated how she never used quotation marks to mark speech! Irritating and downright confusing at times. However, I absolutely plan to read the rest of her books!
